This year’s conference is a shared endeavor of the Colorado Public Health Association (CPHA).

Purpose:

The purpose of the 2020 Public Health in the Rockies Conference is to provide an opportunity for education, networking and skill development of professionals in Colorado and neighboring regions.  The Conference is designed to build a more competent public health workforce.

Theme:

The theme of the 2020 Public Health in the Rockies conference is Health At All Altitudes: Action for All. Health for All.

This theme continues discussions of our communities’ current and future public health issues. Most importantly, we will learn from our peers’ policy development efforts, advocacy work, authentic community engagement work, and innovative programs to address challenges related to advancing health equity and social justice.

Exhibit Hours: 9-5pm Wednesday and Thursday

Expected Number of Attendees: 600-700

Act Now:

The Exhibitor Showcase will be located in the Keystone Conference Center on Wednesday and Thursday, August 26th – 27th, 2020. This places your exhibit right in the middle of the heavy attendee traffic between large sessions/ meals and breakout sessions.

Exhibitor tables & networking will be open from 9:00am – 5:00pm on Wednesday and Thursday. 15-minute breaks are provided between each session. Attire for the conference is business casual.

Many of the Sponsorship’s available highlight the wide range of special panels and sessions, activities, and events that PHiR has to offer. Additionally, the exhibitor showcase runs throughout the whole conference giving you plenty of time to network with our attendees!

Public Health in the Rockies abides by the following Cancellation Policy for refunds:
Any cancellations prior to August 1, 2020 will be refunded 50% of your exhibitor fees. Any cancellations on or after August 1, 2020 will forfeit their exhibitor fees. All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to dana@planitwithppg.com.

Be the first sponsor attendees see at the Welcome Reception held the first night of the conference. The Welcome Reception is open to all attendees and will include the networking and social activities, appetizers, and other entertainments to kick start the first night of the conference for attendees.

The Ignite and Awards Social will be held Thursday, August 27, 2020. The Ignite and Awards Social draws 300-350 participants to socialize and celebrate the top contributors to public health from 2020. This format boasts an abundance of networking time, Ignite presentations, awards, and happy hour to make for an exciting evening they won’t forget – including your companies involvement! The Ignite session is notably one of the most fun events of the whole conference with quick and humorous presentations on public health.

Marketing Collateral

As an additional opportunity, your brochure, pamphlet, etc., can be placed in each attendee’s registration packet. A fee of $250 is charged for participation in this distribution program. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the needed number of copies. The vendor must ship the inserts directly to the office. Inserts must arrive at the office no later than Thursday, August 14, 2020. Exhibitors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these pieces. Unused materials will not be returned.
