This will be the third year where the “Awards Banquet” is now the “Ignite & Awards Social.” Heavy hors d’oeuvres, and cash bar replaces formal plated pre-set meal. Networking and mingling encouraged. Ignite presentations and awards announcements to take place throughout the event.

Cancellations
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to CPHA via email. Refund requests received by Monday, July 15, 2019 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds received from July 16 through August 9 will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There are no refunds after August 10 or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the event. Substitutions are encouraged.
